Craftin' Up!

Getting Crafty with Independent Stampin' Up!® Demonstrator, Kelly Ward

About Me

January1

I was introduced to Stampin’ Up! at a home workshop I attended in 2000. I had never heard of rubber stamps before – but I was quickly hooked on stamping! A couple years later, I decided to quit my full-time job as a computer consultant and be a stay-at-home mom and start my own web design business. That same year I also signed up as an Independent Stampin’ Up! demonstrator. Although I wasn’t ready to make this a full-time business, I liked that it was another avenue available to me to help pay the bills!

Over the next few years, my web business really took off – so I put my Stampin’ Up! business on hold. But I didn’t stop stamping or scrapbooking! I still held occasional workshops because I enjoyed them so much – but with working my own business and taking care of my 2 children at home, I didn’t have the time – or energy! – to do it all.

In late 2009, I realized that it was important for me – and for my family! – that I take some “me time” to do the things I enjoy. And stamping and scrapbooking are right at the top of my list! So, here we are! I’m making the time to do what I love — and I’d love for you to join me! Need some time with friends? Have a workshop – in your home or mine. Need some supplies for your creative stamping or scrapbooking projects? Contact me with your order – or order online at my Stampin’ Up! website! Need a fun business opportunity? Join my team! I can’t wait to hear from you!!

Hi Kelly. I’m a Stampin’ Up! consultant too (only a hobby demo, lol). I just wanted to tell you I LOVE the layout and backround of your blog.

    Thanks, Kristi!
Hobby demo’s are awesome! I’ve been one for years myself… and now I’m kickin’ it in gear as a business! It’s nice to know that it’s there for you if you want to turn it into a business. And the stamps and team benefits aren’t too shabby either!!
